This time of the year is always such a busy one as a family photographer in Asheville NC! I like to call Fall the “holiday card season” because its just a good reason for families to plan updated portraits! It’s always such an honor to see families year after year for their Fall family sessions!

This beautiful family brought their sweet pup with us to the flower farm and it was so special to document them together! They recently moved to Asheville and wanted a unique backdrop for their session. I can’t think of a more perfect spot than this one!

This flower farm is one of my absolute favorites in the Asheville, NC area because you get a little bit of everything- gorgeous greens, mountains, and the most beautiful florals! I love it when families trust me to help them plan their session location and wardrobe. It allows me to create a session tailored to their family so they have the very best experience. 

Mama wore a dress from my client wardrobe. It looked so beautiful on her! Plus, it was perfect for the mild Fall weather that night! I brought blankets and a Moses basket for baby. I cannot get over how sweet she was in her high fox socks!

It’s been such a joy to photograph this family during this sweet girl’s first year.
